During the Spring of 2013, more than 125 Cambodian performers, filmmakers and visual artists lit up New York City’s stages, screens, galleries and public spaces – sharing their distinctive artistry with an international audience.

This unprecedented festival, a special initiative of Cambodian Living Arts, was the result of remarkable partnerships: Cambodia’s leading artists and arts organizations in collaboration with 34 of New York’s dynamic cultural and academic institutions.

Season of Cambodia is a testament to the vibrant artists of a country that, with indefatigable passion and commitment, show how the arts can help to revive and transform a post-conflict society.
